Servnote is designed to help individuals remember service professionals they interact with and to help service professionals maintain professional relationships with their clients. You may use Servnote only for lawful personal or professional purposes consistent with this intent.

Private notes and photos you create in Servnote are for your personal reference only. You acknowledge that taking photos of individuals in locations where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy may violate applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the photo capture feature complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Servnote does not perform facial recognition on any photos.
The broadcast feature allows service professionals to notify opted-in followers of job changes and updates. You may only send broadcasts to users who have explicitly followed your profile. Unsolicited commercial messages or spam are strictly prohibited.
Servnote and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Servnote and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create within the platform.
Servnote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servnote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. For EU users, nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection law. For UK users, nothing in these terms limits your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
